This is microneedling as a single modality. A topical numb is applied to prepare the skin of face and neck. An adjustable pen with needles is used to glide across the various surface areas of the skin to create micro channels, much like aerating a lawn. This simulates the body’s own collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles, stretch marks, scars, and poor elasticity. Best results come when done as a series of 3-6 done every 4-6 weeks.
